A Maricopa woman is appealing a Pinal County judge’s ruling that she doesn’t have standing to challenge the construction of a motorsports park.

After Judge Robert Olson ruled against her last month, Bonita Burks filed a notice in Superior Court on Oct. 12 signifying her intention to seek relief through the Arizona Court of Appeals.
