37 premium homes expected to earn coveted LEED Certified designation
MESA, Ariz. (Jan. 18, 2018) – Maracay Homes will celebrate the grand opening of The Vista at Granite Crossing on Saturday, Feb. 3. The much-anticipated 37-home enclave in east Mesa is garnering excitement for it prime location near the edge of the Superstition Mountains, and for its commitment to innovative and sustainable design.
Every home at The Vista at Granite Crossing will be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a third-party rating system that verifies compliance across several areas addressing sustainability, with the goal of earning the LEED® Certified designation. The grand opening event will include a neighborhood gathering from 12–3 p.m., featuring a barbecue lunch and refreshments.
