[OPINION] APS looks to charge up the future

Arizona Public Service Co. wants to give electric-vehicle drivers the power to make it possible to hit the road.

The Phoenix-based utility last week submitted plans to the Arizona Corporation Commission to bring electric charging stations to new homes and apartments. APS also wants to offer free electric buses and charging stations to school districts.
