Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) now has more than 7,500 full-time workers in Arizona.
That number, according to a company spokesperson, is up from 6,000 Amazon workers company officials said were employed in the state just a few months ago. The e-commerce giant continues to expand its operations and headcount in the Phoenix region.
Amazon has job openings at its Tempe technology and operations center for software development engineers, transportation analysts and account support specialists who speak Mandarin and Portuguese.
