A senior manager at Rio Salado College has denied allegations that he sexually harassed, inappropriately touched or stared at several women.
“I’m a husband and a father. I would never objectify women in that way,” LeRodrick Terry, Rio Salado’s vice president of student affairs, said in an interview with The Arizona Republic.
Terry maintains that an investigative report by the Maricopa County Community College District — that concluded that he touched female employees’ breasts and buttocks, stared at them and made sexually suggestive comments — reached false conclusions and was incomplete.
He said the impetus for the investigation was a “disgruntled” employee who recruited other women to participate.
Amid the allegations, Terry, 43, submitted his resignation, effective June 30.
