Study finds Phoenix has plenty of vacant land for growth

Among the largest cities in the country, Phoenix still has a good amount of vacant land to keep growing.

That’s according to a new study from real estate blog Commercial Cafe, which analyzed unused urban land in 25 U.S. cities, including Phoenix and Tucson. Commercial Cafe found a total of 584 acres lies vacant in America’s 25 largest urban cores or central business districts.
