YAM Properties Director Dan Dahl doesn’t foresee his company’s purchase of Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District will have affect anyone.
Announced June 12, the $133 million sale of Westgate from iStar Inc. to GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons’ Scottsdale-based real estate investment and development group opens up plenty of possibilities for the growing West Valley region, though.
“There’s an opportunity to do additional development over time that we still have to kind of analyze that, work with the city of Glendale, who’s going to be a great partner, and figure out what the next chapter of Westgate’s going to be,” Dahl told the West Valley View.
