Scottsdale, AZ, 1BSeptember 4, 2018– The Land Agency, Howard Weinstein and Patty Lafferty announced today that the company exclusively represented the Seller with respect to the sale of 113 finished lots within Ecantada Estates. The buyer was KB Home and the closing represents the first phase of a two-phased transactions. The purchase price for the initial phase was $4,463,500. The second Phase, which includes an additional 100 lots, is set to close in 2019.
This will be KB Home’s second Buckeye location and is planned to target entry level home buyers.
