Occupancy continues to grow at SkySong, the Arizona State University Scottsdale Innovation Center, as developers plan the sixth phase of the office complex.
Keyence, a Japan-based direct-sales organization that develops automation sensors, barcode readers and laser markers, rented 4,000 square feet in SkySong 4, which is at 99 percent occupancy.
LiveOps, which had been renting space at SkySong, expanded its footprint from 9,955 square feet to 13,300 square feet, adding an additional 32 months to the company’s lease, beginning in October. The virtual call-center company uses work-at-home contractors. Agents handle calls for enterprise customers, including for sales, customer care and customer service.
