The Arizona Public Media reporter asked an excellently pointed question on Arizona’s water supply during Tuesday’s second gubernatorial debate, putting the spotlight on a major issue that has gotten too little attention during this campaign.
He noted that Tucson paid people to rip out their grass to help save water and asked whether the candidates would support a statewide law to do the same.
