Affordable custom builder moves into Arizona

Adair Homes, an on-your-lot builder that specializes in affordable custom homes, announced that it is expanding into the Arizona market with new branches in Phoenix, Tuscon, and Tempe.

Given a shortage of more than half of million units of housing in the state of Arizona, according to a report by the Up for Growth National Coalition, the Pacific Northwest builder intends to lower barriers to entry for new home construction.

“The need for more housing in Arizona is clear, but unfortunately many people are intimidated by the process of building a new home,” says Melissa Galland, marketing manager with Adair Homes. “After helping more than 20,000 families in the Pacific Northwest build their dream homes on a budget, we’re confident we can do the same in Arizona.”
