Planning Commission unanimously approves AV Homes, Taylor Morrison designs for Terravella

A handful of new standard plans by two homebuilders have been approved by the town’s Planning Commission in the Terravella subdivision at the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Queen Creek roads.

AV Homes and Taylor Morrison each had plans approved unanimously Jan. 9 on a Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission consent agenda.

For AV Homes, five new standard plans with three elevations each have been approved; while Taylor Morrison has seven new standard plans with three elevations each approved.
