In January, Fulton Homes announced that it is opening its newest family friendly community, Lakeview Trails at Morrison Ranch. This month, the Tempe-based homebuilder will have the Cottonwood, the Evergreen Elm, and the Canary Pine models available to the public, giving buyers an opportunity to see the floorplans in person at the master planned community in Gilbert.
Fulton Homes CEO Doug Fulton points out that demand is so high at this new community that they have sold one home per day since opening in January. “Morrison Ranch is one of the last communities of its size and generous amenities in Gilbert,” says Doug Fulton, CEO of Fulton Homes. “The new homes in Lakeview Trails are selling fast because buyers and their families are jumping at the opportunity to live in a master planned community in the East Valley that is just a few minutes from all the residential, retail and commercial areas that the Town of Gilbert has to offer,” he continued.
