A Neighborhood Meeting is scheduled for this Thursday, February 28th, to address another rezoning request to be made to the Pinal County Planning and Development Department.

Hancock Communities will be requesting that the County rezone 11.71 acres of vacant land located east of the northeast corner of Gantzel and Combs Road (east of Auto Zone) from its current General Business zoning (CB-2) to Multiple Residence zoning. This zoning request will allow Hancock Communities to build 132 “single-story attached/detached single family rental units”.
