More new homes planned for Casa Grande neighborhoods

By Heather Smathers | Casa Grande Dispatch

More new homes are being planned for Casa Grande, including a multigenerational model that has an attached apartment designed for boomerang kids or aging parents.

On Thursday, the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission gave approval for a new housing product line that will be offered in the Tamaron subdivision, north of Cottonwood Lane and east of Peart Road.

Wade Jurney Homes, a North Carolina-based production home builder, plans to build on 72 lots. Homes will range from 1,200 to 2,200 square feet.

Planning commissioners heard that the homes would range in price from $175,000 to $215,000.
