Graycor Construction Company has completed the final phase of 10 West Logistics Center, a Class A master planned bulk distribution park developed by New York Life Real Estate Investors to meet record-high logistics and e-commerce demand in southwest Phoenix. Wentworth Property Company serves as the owner’s representative on the project.
Totaling 569,301 square feet, 10 West Logistics Center Phase II is the final building in the 1.3 million-square-foot, two-building 10 West Logistics Center. It will be fully occupied by Amazon, who has committed to the entire building for use as a fulfillment center.
Graycor is managing all tenant improvement construction for Amazon, marking its final contribution to a project that the company began in 2014 with the construction of 10 West Logistics Center Phase I. Totaling 660,000 square feet, Phase I is a Class A building that, at completion, earned the Best of NAIOP 2016 Spec Industrial Project of the Year award.
