Rose Law Group a top three company to work for in Arizona by Arizona Republic

Rose Law Group Reporter

Rose Law Group (RLG) is pleased announce winning third place as a Top Company to Work for in 2019 by the Arizona Republic, out of U.S. companies with 25 to 99 employees. RLG is honored to be recognized for the sixth consecutive year.

The selection process is a result of anonymous and comprehensive employee surveys measuring culture, work environment, leadership, and employee pride and satisfaction, combined with rigorous evaluations of workplace practices, policies, perks, and demographics.

Rose Law group is known for its uplifting and engaging culture. In addition to health care benefits, the firm provides bonuses, 401K, tuition reimbursement, monthly “Friday Fundays,” concierge to run personal errands, breakfast bar, office snacks and drinks, maternity leave, cord-blood banking, and night nurse to help after the baby is born.

Jordan Rose, Rose Law Group founder and president, reflects on the award and the meaning of the award to the RLG team, “19 years ago when a lawyer I knew agreed to lease me space in his storage closet to start the law firm, one of the primary reasons I did it was selfishly not to ever have to come to work with cranky or negative people.  I wanted to create a different kind of atmosphere – one with 100% positive, happy, motivated people who were thankful for being blessed with the talent to solve other people’s problems.

I just wanted to be surrounded by excellence. After all, some days we spend more time with each other, at work, then with our own families. Now when  I look around and walk in the door every day I just feel such joy that we all get to hang out together and that this team has chosen to walk with me in life. I think a defining characteristic of our team is that we take our work very very seriously but we never take ourselves seriously. Work hard. Play hard. This is a real honor!”
