Arizona ranked among top 20 most patriotic states

If you’re spending the Fourth of July in Arizona, you’re celebrating the holiday in one of the top 20 most patriotic states in the nation.

WalletHub compared all 50 states across 13 indicators to find which ones were best at showing their national pride.

“We looked at that both in terms of military and civic engagement. So everything from the share of enlisted military population, to the number of adults who voted in the last presidential election, to things like AmeriCorps volunteers per population,” Jill Gonzalez, WalletHub analyst, told KTAR News 92.3 FM last week.
