Micro-hotel proposed in Old Town Scottsdale

Development plans have been filed for a micro-hotel and condominiums in Old Town Scottsdale.

The adaptive reuse project near Third Avenue and Scottsdale Road. The project is called Lot 10 of Craftsman Court in documents.

Edmir Dzudza’s City Works Development LLC want to redevelop the site.

An existing two-story building at site will be redeveloped into four hotel rooms, two condo units and ground level retail, according to plans filed with the city of Scottsdale.

Other existing buildings on the 0.08-acre property will make way for parking structures.
