Plans have been submitted outlining a new 260-unit apartment development on Camelback Road and 73rd Street in downtown Scottsdale.
Stockdale Capital Partners is proposing the WaterView Residential development as part of larger WaterView mixed-use development along Camelback Road and the Arizona Canal.
Plans call for two residential buildings that will be four and two stories. There will also be an open space feature along the canal, according to documents filed with the city of Scottsdale.
The developer is asking Scottsdale to approve site and design plans for a 262,900-square-foot residential building and a 97,000-square-foot parking garage on a 5.4-acre site.
Site plans proposed underground parking with 425 spaces. The project plans on activating the canal area.
