A new high-end steakhouse is landing in downtown Scottsdale.
STK Steakhouse, an upscale steakhouse and lounge chain, is landing in the former Herb Box and Casablanca Rooftop Lounge spaces on the Scottsdale Waterfront.
Work crews have fenced off the space for build-out of the restaurant and lounge.
STK, which has locations in New York, Las Vegas, Denver, Dubai, London, and other cities, is owned by The One Group.
The One Group recently closed on a bankruptcy purchase of Kona Grill.
The Herb Box moved to a new Old Town Scottsdale location.
STK has plenty of local high-end competition via the likes of Ocean 44, Steak 44, Dominick’s Steakhouse and other popular restaurants in Scottsdale and Phoenix.
