Yavapai BOS hearing set for Hilton Garden Inn

As a result of a paperwork snafu in late summer, the much-talked about Hilton Garden Inn’s appearance before the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors was delayed. 

Now, unless another delay is requested, it’s set to be heard and possibly voted upon. 

“We are still on for the BOS hearing this month,” said attorney Jennifer Boblick, who represents the owners of the project. “Plans [for the hotel] haven’t changed since the Planning Commission hearing.” 

The meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 9 a.m. in the county complex in Cottonwood.
