Here’s when Nobu opens in Scottsdale — and how you can get a reservation

The wait is almost over. World-famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa will open the first Arizona location of his namesake restaurant Nobu on Monday, Jan. 27.

The upscale Japanese restaurant is part of the Scottsdale Fashion Square luxury wing expansion. It will begin accepting reservations on Thursday, Jan. 23. 

Matsuhisa’s namesake Nobu brand operates dozens of restaurants around the United States and internationally including in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Milan. The celebrity chef is best known for blending traditional Japanese cooking techniques with nontraditional ingredients.
