Andy Warren is killing it.

First, he hit a home run with the success of his new Avance community at the base of South Mountain, where homes are selling at a rapid pace.

Now the president of Scottsdale-based Maracay Homes apparently is Nostradamus reincarnated.

Back in February 2019, Ryan Brault, regional director of the Arizona and Las Vegas markets for Metrostudy, gave attendees of the Metrostudy Phoenix Winter Frame Briefing a chance to forecast metro Phoenix’s economy.

A year later, at Metrostudy’s Feb. 6 briefing, Brault revealed Warren as the winner of his forecast contest.
