Papago Plaza alters mixed-use footprint to include 4-lot subdivision

A four-lot subdivision has been approved for a 10-acre site to accompany the mixed-use development for Papago Plaza in south Scottsdale.

On March 3, Scottsdale City Council approved on consent a request to approve a zoning district map amendment and development agreement.

The intent of the application is to create new lots that will allow portions of the project to be sold to other entities, a city staff report states.

The parcel identified for the new subdivision is on the southwest corner of the Papago Plaza property at the southwest corner of Scottsdale and McDowell Road.
