Arizona’s premier economist, Elliott Pollack will once again be joining us for lunch – but we hear he has a new, more opportunistic opinion of the current situation. Elliott D. Robert Flaxman, a renowned developer behind significant projects in Arizona, will also share his insights this Friday. His company Crown Realty and Development was responsible for developing both the Montelucia Resort and Mountain Shadows resorts in Paradise Valley. He is also now the lead developer for Desert Ridge. The famous chef Mark Tarbell will join the conversation, as well, to give us a unique perspective on the restaurant industry during this pandemic. Tarbell is the owner of award-winning American neighborhood tavern in Phoenix – Tarbell’s. He was named the winner on the Food Network’s “Iron Chef America” in 2007. We will also hear from a pair of top physicians in the Valley who will provide us with the latest on the COVID-19 pandemic. Doctors Robert Sheeler and Angela O’Neil are married board-certified, award-winning family medicine physicians hailing from the Mayo Clinic Rochester. They currently work together in a concierge practice of functional and integrative medicine in Scottsdale. Rose Law Group Corporate Attorney Shruti Gurudanti will also be on the panel to talk about the latest government incentive/loan programs.
