A recording studio, hand-carved cabinetry and an automated window wall are among the luxurious features found in some of this week’s most expensive home sales in metro Phoenix. 

$3,500,000

Jonathan and Rachelle Bakke purchased a hillside lot mansion in Scottsdale’s Ancala East subdivision.

The 6,012-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and was built in 2019.

The mansion features wood-beamed ceilings, a modern kitchen with dual islands and an attached one-bedroom guest casita.
