Phoenix television anchor sells Scottsdale estate for $2.69M

Arched doorways, a dog washing station and a rooftop observation deck are among the luxurious features found in some of this week’s most expensive home sales in metro Phoenix. 

Among the buyers and sellers: a Valley television morning news anchor, a lumber company executive and a former owner of a landmark Valley hotel.

$3,100,000

Dean Bloxom, a chief strategic partnership officer at loanDepot, an online mortgage lender, used a family trust to purchase a custom two-story mansion in the Firerock Country Club in Fountain Hills.
