Coyotes CEO, Suns player among buyers of this week’s priciest homes

Resort-style outdoor spaces, guest houses and a waterslideare among the luxurious features that can be found in some of this week’s most expensive home sales in metropolitan Phoenix.

Among the buyers and sellers: a former MLB outfielder, the CEO of the Arizona Coyotes and a Phoenix Suns player.

$4,500,000

Stephanie Grauer of Cave Creek paid cash for a 13,364-square-foot mansion with a five-car garage in Paradise Valley’s Camelback Lands community.

The sprawling 2.24-acre property has seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and was built in 2007. The mansion comes with grounds that feature a pool with a waterslide, a sports court and two guest houses.

Jeffrey A. Morgan, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, sold the house.
