By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been filed with the city of Scottsdale for the expansion of medical offices in Old Town Scottsdale.

Centum Health Properties wants to modernize and expand the Scottsdale Medical Pavilion on Osborn Boulevard near Drinkwater Boulevard.

The medical offices were first built in 1974. Plans call for a new parking structure and expanding the existing wedge design into a rectangular layout.

The project total 95,155 square feet, according to design plans filed with the city of Scottsdale.  The existing building is 53,137 square feet. Centum Health Properties owns medical offices in Arizona, Colorado and Texas.
