Infill apartments to be redeveloped in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

An infill apartment complex is slated to be redeveloped in southern Scottsdale.

Pride 9 Properties & Investments has filed site and other plans with the city of Scottsdale for development of a 5-unit apartment complex at 3413 North Paiute Way. That is near Osborn Road and 64th Street.

Plans call for a 5,669-square-foot apartment complex. The redevelopment updates an older complex on the same property.
Old Town and southern Scottsdale have seen a number of infill and redevelopment projects on small parcels.

Pride 9 Properties is managed by Farshad Naufpour and Shahrok Sheybani, according to Arizona Corporation Commission records.
