Office park, fitness center project up for Chandler approval

The Chandler City Council is considering plans to bring a commercial development with offices and a fitness center to 12-acre parcel at Alma School Road, Pecos Road and the Loop 202 freeway.

AZ Investments LLC is asking Chandler to approve plat and office park plans for the property. The parcel is currently vacant.

The Chandler Council will consider the plans at its Thursday meeting.
