Tolleson candidates talk priorities

By Tom Scanlon | West Valley View

Tolleson is getting ready for a big primary election, with the mayor and three council seats on the 2020 ballot. Ballots for city council and mayor candidates in Avondale, Buckeye, Litchfield Park and Tolleson were mailed by Maricopa County Elections Department last week. The deadline for mailing ballots is July 29. Visit beballotready.vote to check registration status. Of West Valley cities, Tolleson has by far the most competition, with three or four positions challenged.
