Peoria lands new high-tech health care building

Peoria is getting a new high-tech medical building courtesy of a national health care real estate firm.

Milwaukee-based Irgens will develop the $11 million, 44,000-square-foot building on the northeast corner of 91st Avenue and Thunderbird Road.

Construction on what will be the Desert Harbor Medical Commons will start during second-quarter 2021, according to a city-issued press release.
