MLILY one step closer to opening Goodyear plant

MLILY’s manufacturing plant in Palm Valley 303 is scheduled to open in December, ultimately employing 300 people, according to the company.

A mattress manufacturing plant under construction in Goodyear will be completed by the contractor that started work on the building.

Palm Valley 303 Industrial Park developers Merit Partners and First Industrial Realty Trust chose Phoenix-based general contractor Stevens-Leinweber Construction Inc. to complete the 643,798-square-foot tenant improvement for MLILY, a global mattress and memory foam manufacturer slated to bring 300 jobs to the Southwest Valley.

Cost of the project was not available.
