If you believe the polls, recreational marijuana is on its way to becoming legalized in Arizona, thanks to Proposition 207.
That means Surprise residents without medical marijuana cards could soon be legally toking up in their living rooms, allowed to posses up to an ounce of weed and grow as many as six plants per person.
Medical marijuana dispensaries across the state are expected to apply for dual certification to sell it both medicinally and recreationally.
