Designed around its place in the Sonoran desert at the base of the Superstition Mountains, Neon ranch aims to become the premier RV & Park Model destination in the region. Neon Ranch will offer 518 RV spaces on approximately 52 acres of land bordering the US 60 approx. 1 mile West of Florence Junction in rural Pinal County.

Currently the site is zoned General Rural (GR). We are requesting a zoning change to Planned Area Development (PAD) which will include PV/RVP & MH zones.
Comprehensive Plan
To conform to the planning goals of the county, we are requesting a comprehensive plan amendment from Moderate Low Density to High Density Residential (8-24 du/ac).
