AZBigMedia Landlords and developers are eyeing the Toys ‘R’ Us store properties in Arizona after the retailer announced it would close or sell all of its U.S. stores.

Real Estate Daily News Toys R Us is planning to close up to 182 stores, which represents about 20% of its locations in the US.
