Why do you believe it is time to start building the border fence?

We have no choice but to attempt to start securing our own border in response to the federal government’s complete inaction. Simply put, the tidal wave of illegal aliens, drugs, gangs and violence that come across our southern border every day is decimating both our state and our country, so if our own government will not protect the people then I guess the people need to start protecting themselves.
