The Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) installed its 2013 officers at its Leadership Conference last week in Glendale, Arizona. Sue Flucke will serve as the 2013 president. Flucke is the director and managing broker for the Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners Property Management Division in Goodyear and Glendale, Arizona and a member of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®.

“I’m looking forward to serving as AAR President and meeting the challenges we face in the coming year,” said Flucke. “It’s an honor to serve the outstanding professionals working in our industry while representing the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.”

Tom Farley, CEO of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® stated: “The 38,000 plus members of the REALTOR® association are very lucky to have someone with Sue’s breadth of experience, in financials and in real estate practice, leading our association in 2013. I look forward to working with Sue for the betterment of our industry.”

Other officers for 2013 include President-Elect Evan Fuchs of Bullhead Laughlin Realty in Bullhead City; First Vice President Jim Sexton of Realty ONE Group in Phoenix; and Treasurer Paula Serven of Realty Executives of Scottsdale.

The new 2013 officers begin their respective leadership positions starting December 1, 2012.
