November 19, 2012, Phoenix, AZ – Maricopa County Recorder, Helen Purcell, is reporting another update for the 2012 General Election. For today 1,119 early ballots were tabulated and 30,372 provisional ballots (cast at the polling place on Election Day) were tabulated. Approximately 450 early ballots still remain to be processed for tabulation. The provisional ballot update is approximately at 34,000 for processing then tabulation.
“We have completed the verification of all of the provisional ballots, and the balance of what is left will be on tomorrow’s report, which will include those ballots that need additional research, our Braille ballots, and our large print ballots,” said Purcell.
