Allred adding 20 acres to Price Road Corridor Holdings…to develop business park

Chandler – The Douglas Allred Co. in San Diego (Douglas Allred, David Allred, principals) continues to build speculative office product within the Price Road Corridor in Chandler even as many developers have taken a break while the office market recovers in the Valley. With its latest acquisition, Allred now owns all of the remaining acres within the 100-acre Allred Park Place business park.
