Two apartment complexes have changed hands.

The 360-unit Mission Palms apartment complex, 951 W. Orange Grove Road, has been purchased by ROC II AZ Mission Palms, an affiliate of Bridge Investment Group Partners LLC, Murray, Utah. The purchase price was $25.65 million, or $71,250 per unit or $68.78 per square foot.

The complex was sold by JIK Mission Palms, an affiliate of JI Kislak Inc. Miami, Fla., which had acquired the property in 2000. Art Wadlund, Hendricks Berkadia, handled the transaction for the sellers.
