Buckeye Logistics Center sold for $44.3 million, other major real estate deals

ClearCall Solutions expects to hire up to 200 sales people in next 24 months as it expands its operation with a five-year lease in Allred Airport Center II in Chandler.By John McLean | Arizona Business Gazette

Principal Real Estate Investors sold Buckeye Logistics Center at 6825 and 6913 W. Buckeye Road in Phoenix to IIT Acquisitions LLC for $44.3 million. Mark Detmer and Bo Mills of Jones Lang LaSalle’s capital markets group represented both the seller and the buyer of this 684,064-square-foot, two-building industrial project. The 6825 building sits on 14 acres and is fully leased to HD Supply, Victory Packaging and Mor Furniture for Less. The 6913 building on 17 acres is fully leased to Philosophy and Kellogg.
