Flagstaff homes back over $300,000

Flagstaff real estate agents are calling the month of June a trifecta for home sales in Flagstaff.

— The median price surged past $300,000 for the first time since 2009.

— The number of sales crossed the century mark for the first time since 2006.

— The average price per square recov- ered to 2010 levels.

“The real estate numbers … showed solid gains for the month of June, the second quarter and the first half of the year,” said Stephen Brighton with Cen- tury 21 in Flagstaff.

The median sales price for a detached single-family residence in Flagstaff was up 24 percent in June to $309,000 com- pared with June 2012. It was up 21 percent for the second quarter, and 13 percent year-to-date vs. last year’s figures.
