Land Holdings Investment Co LLC (Jeff Blandford, Member) is currently working with the City of Scottsdale to rezone (click here to see the rezoning application) a property north of the NWC of 124th St and Shea Blvd to accommodate 21 – 100’x150’ SFD lots (Sienna Hills). Currently the property is platted for 12 larger lots (click here to see the current plat) with a typical lot size of approximately 135’x200’.
Blandford originally acquired the site through a deed in lieu of trustee’s sale with Walker Long Holdings Inc. back on 2/22/2012 (click here to see the deed). Blandford has now teamed up with adjacent property owner, John K. Lassen, to assemble both Lassen’s site and Blandford’s site to accommodate the proposed 21 lot community. The zoning application was submitted to the City on 9/13/2013. LVA Urban Design Studio is handling the rezoning case.
