Condo players talk about big plans

The Homebuilders Association of Arizona has announced a date for “Condos Are Back”, an event that will bring together housing industry leaders and lenders to discuss the re-introduction of higher density new housing in the Metro Phoenix Area.  Jordan Rose, President and Founder of Rose Law Group, will host a panel discussion with successful condominium developers Kirsten Brown, Vice President of Butte Companies, Rob Lyles, Founder of Deco Communities (formally of Starpointe Communities), and Michael IlesCremieux of Meritage Homes.  Housing market guru Jim Belfiore will join the group.  The panel discussion will focus on the rise in demand for attached housing, the growing pipeline of projects, the types of projects- the where, the what, and the why of attached housing in the Metro Phoenix Area.
