On Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to the North Scottsdale submarket, Deanna Dunkle, Operations Manager for Sierra Reserve, reported that it should have a public report by next month. Sierra Reserve is located off of 122nd St and Rio Verde Dr. This community has 3 lot sizes, 61 – 65’ x 110’, 67 – 80’ x 130’, and 19 – 300 ‘x 400’. Final plat was on the consent agenda at the Scottsdale City Council Meeting  on June 18, 2013. Sierra Reserve has a design center built on site at 12156 E Dale Lane, Scottsdale, AZ 85262.
