The popular Toby Keith’s I love This Bar and Grill is set to add a third Arizona location at the CityCenter of City North, just off the 101 at 56th Street and Deer Valley Road. The 14,500-square-foot, full-service bar will feature a seating capacity of more than 300 guests, live country music, country dancing, and dancing Whiskey girls. The bar will also offer birthday parties, private event, and corporate gathering packages, as well as military discounts. As for live entertainment, the bar will play host to a variety of local, regional, and national up-and-coming artists. The corporate team anticipates a late spring to early summer 2014 opening for the North Phoenix location.

Toby Keith’s I loveThis Bar and Grill was represented in this recent deal by Master Broker Marc Offit, Chairman and CEO of Sierra U.S. Commercial Real Estate based out of Chicago, and Stan Sanchez, President of De Rito Partners Inc. in Phoenix. Landlord representation was by Robert McGarey and Trent Goulette of Southwest Retail Group, located in Scottsdale, AZ.
