Here’s a look at metro Phoenix’s 12 most expensive properties. Homeowners include financial executives, local business leaders, real-estate magnates and sports moguls. The rankings are based on the Maricopa County assessor’s full-cash value of the properties in 2013. Shown in Suns’ owner Robert Sarver’s home.
